After a successful career in the textile industry, Robert began his life long passion and entered the world of New York City real estate.  In 2005 he founded Ascend Group, LLC (now RoundSquare Development) specializing in; ground-up development, value-add, distressed properties, multi-family housing, commercial condominiums, etc.

Previous highlighted development projects of Ascend include luxury condominium buildings such as; the A Building in the East Village, 133 West 22nd Street in Chelsea, and the Georgica on the Upper East Side, as well as many other high-end projects.
