Luce Center

New York Historical Society

From pre-construction to close out, RoundSquare Builders directed all daily activities acting as the CM for the internationally acclaimed award-winning New York Historical Society Museum and Library.  This 25,000 square foot space is the new highlight of the museum. Focusing on woman's history, Eva Jaricna architects collaborated with PBDW to provide the concept and design behind the Tiffany Gallery and periphery galleries.

This renovation consisted of the installation of the iconic glass stair and integrated glass accessibility lift, 2 suspended mezzanines, new MEP's through out, 30’ high GFRG ceiling, and all new case work from Belgium.
